“If we can accept that we are the sum total of all past thoughts, emotions, words, deeds and actions and that our present lives and choices are coloured or shaded by this memory bank of the past, then we begin to see how a process of correcting or setting aright can change our lives, our families and our society.” Morrnah Simeona
I’m a happy ho’oponopono’er . It’s been the single most important thing that I’ve done in my life. The effects of it are profound and deep, and as a tool for creating change it’s incredible, and the effects are far-reaching. It’s like dropping a coin into a wishing well and watching the ripples as everything around you starts to unfold. I can’t recommend it enough.
