The SIMPLE Stars programme is a fun, physical activity programme for children aged 3-5. SIMPLE Stars is intended to be fun by incorporating music and activities that children instinctively love, such as rocking and rolling, jumping, hopping, twisting, turning, curling and stretching.

SIMPLE Stars encourage the development of a child's reflexes. You will see an improvement in balance and coordination, hand-eye coordination skills, focus and attention using this programme. SIMPLE programmes provide a foundation on which to build excellent sensory, motor, and cognitive skills, thereby supporting optimal development via:

S – Sensory I – Integration M –Movement P – Programme L – Learning E – Enhancement.

The SIMPLE physical literacy programme is the culmination of over 30 years of observation, studying the experts in primitive and postural reflexes and a great deal of passion and belief. In committing to the SIMPLE physical literacy school programme, you join me in my commitment to all children. I want to help each attain their unique potential in reading, writing, sports and playing. This programme is for all children, without discrimination. I believe in providing a fun, energetic alternative to extra reading, time out or sitting on the sidelines. Every one of us has a glitch, apparent or not, and the SIMPLE physical literacy programme helps undo those glitches that stand in the way of a child’s full potential. I am a passionate advocate for children, and I share the passion and vision of helping our children master this ever-changing world we live in. I am endeavouring to contribute to a better future for them.
